1. Purpose
These Terms of Use define the conditions under which the FamilyGed application is made available. By opening a Gedcom file or creating a genealogy, the user fully accepts these terms.
2. Data ownership
FamilyGed does not own your genealogical data. Your Gedcom files and photos remain your exclusive property. The application acts as a local visualization and editing tool.
3. Use of the service
The user agrees not to use the application to store illegal data. The Free version allows unlimited viewing, while the Premium version unlocks editing and export features.
4. Liability
FamilyGed strives to ensure data security but cannot be held responsible for data loss caused by mobile device failure or user mishandling.
